Custom Aminos Supplement Policy
At Custom Aminos, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized supplements tailored specifically to your needs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our products, as each supplement is uniquely crafted for you.
Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please inspect your package upon arrival.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:
- Your product arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the incorrect item
- Items are missing from your order
- Your custom blend does not match what you selected
Notification must be sent to support@customaminos.com and should include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable. Please retain all packaging and product until your claim is resolved.
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit. Delivery is considered complete on the date recorded by the shipping carrier's tracking information.
We will work with you to resolve any timely reported issue promptly, including providing a replacement where appropriate.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Given the personalized nature of our supplements, the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Custom or personalized supplements.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period, custom-made and personalized goods are exempt from cancellation rights. As such, this policy applies to EU customers as well.
Limitation of Liability
Custom Aminos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will supply delivery confirmation details, including tracking information, so you can investigate further with the shipping carrier.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Custom Aminos operates.
